Terms of purchase
Welcome to LEARO. By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase. These are designed to ensure a safe and orderly transaction for both parties.
1. General
The online store is operated by LEARO AS (organization number 933 270 416). We sell directly to private individuals and businesses in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and Estonia.
2. Prices and VAT
Prices in the online store are automatically displayed based on the customer's location or selected currency in the menu. At checkout, value added tax (VAT) and any import costs are calculated according to the applicable rules for the selected delivery country. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the checkout before payment is confirmed.
3. Payment
We offer secure and flexible payment solutions through Shopify Payments.
Available payment methods are automatically adjusted according to the country you are shopping from.
You can pay with several safe options – including Visa, Mastercard, Vipps and Klarna.
Additionally, other local payment solutions may be available depending on your region.
All payments are processed securely and encrypted. You will see all available options when you go to checkout.
4. Delivery
All items are shipped from our warehouse with Bring.
Normal delivery time is:
- Norway: 2 to 5 business days
- Other countries: 4 to 8 business days
You will receive tracking information by email when the package is shipped.
5. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date you receive it. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging. The customer pays for return shipping when using the right of cancellation.
6. Returns and complaints
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please send a picture and a short description to hello@learo.no . We will process the matter quickly and send a new item if the complaint is approved. In the event of a complaint, we will cover the return shipping.
